1. Booking a Photo Shoot

  • A 50% booking fee is payable to secure the date & time agreed on.

  • This booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as it being a loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation.

  • The deposit must be paid no later then 5 days before the date of the booking.

2. Post Session

  • Clients will receive 3-5 sneak peak photos on social media 48 hours after the photo session.

  • The retouching process takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete dependent on the level of retouching required.

3. Facebook / Chanelle Helen Photography

  • Facebook : A gallery will be posted containing a few photos which can be shared with family & friends.

  • Website : Photography may post a few photos to website.

  • Please note :* Clients images also serves as advertisement. If clients doesn't want images to be posted on social media a e-mail containing a valid reason, if the photographer doesn't deem the reason for request as valid, a small fee of R150 will be charged on invoice for missed advertisement.
